Q: Who do I contact if I have a question about a notice or bill I received?
A: Our HOA is managed by Real Manage. If you have questions about a notice or a bill please contact them at #866-473-2573.
Q: When is trash and recycling picked up?
A: Trash is picked up by Progressive Waste Solutions (#817-222-2221) on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Recycling is picked up on Wednesdays. Trash and recycling cans must be hidden from view on non-pickup days.
Q: When can I water my lawn?
A: There are year-round irrigation restrictions in effect which prohibit lawn watering between the hours of 10AM and 6PM and require customers to irrigate twice a week on designated days only.
